No Additional Criteria in Risk analysis

Hello colleagues,

Recently I've found that the screen for User Risk analysis has no option for offline risk analysis.

I don't hide any links there via user personalization or any other configuration mechanism.

Parameter value is set

But Offline Risk Analysis in Additional Criteria is not available for me (no permission or view restrictions).

As you can see the default configuration has not been changed, so, I cannot find the reason of such behaviour for my screen.

Does anybody have an idea how to activate the option for offline risk analysis?

My GRC10 SP level is 20.

can u check if you have Invisible ticked, in Config mode

Hi Plaban,

When I try to configure the wd application GRAC_SOD_SEARCH_APPLN I get "FPM application GRAC_SOD_SEARCH_APPLN was started without configuration". I suppose I get it during the standard configuration I mentioned in the very 1st message.

I don't know why the system doesn't allow me to configure it whilst you don't have such a problem. What version do you have?

Finally, I could get the screen you showed by doing this operation (set Application Configuration)

Whith this configuration it's activated and no need to make it visible. But how I can do it for everybody?
