Trascript and hierarchy Scripts not showing

Hello experts.

Im trying to view the transcripts from a Script and the hierarchy but its not showing like shown on the next image:

I read about the

And Ive done the corresponding configuration:

The function is active

The navigation bar parameter is on

The script profile has the saved flag on

And for the chapter / hierarchy

They are created in the script

And the have been asigned to the correspondins part of the script.

Any idea of what could be missing or why the hyperlinks on the Interaction Center Script screens are not showing?

Hi Carlos,

May I know following?

1. Can this issue be reproduced in IE8 or IE10?

2. Can this issue be reproduced with the standard business role IC_AGENT and user parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT set as A  via T-code: su3?

3. Do you encounter the same issue for all other scripts or only this one you mentioned in this discussion?

Doing number 2 I found there was an enhace that I didnt know about. Once I found it that solved it.
