Cannot open orgchart url

Hi Guys Happy New year to all Something seem to have gone wrogn over the festive season I am trying to open my Nakisa admin urls and everything works except my orgchart url i.e https://nakproddb.flysaa.com:51201/OrgAudit/manager.jsp#refresh https://nakproddb.flysaa.com:51201/TeamManager/manager.jsp#refresh https://nakproddb.flysaa.com:51201/OrgModeler/manager.jsp#refresh With the above urls i get theadmin screenscreen This one below  just times out. I have put on a trace with http watch but  nothign happens https://XXXXXXXX:51201/OrgChart/manager.jsp#refresh

looking at logs but no info Please help Thanks Morgs

Am I correct in saying that your question is "Why can't I access the AdminConsole for OrgChart yet I can access all other modules?"

If so, please can you use NW Administrator to check that the OrgChart application is started in NW?

If you have only just installed, perhaps one option is to undeploy OrgChart and re-deploy.

You don't mention what version of NW or OrgChart you are using.

Hi Stephen Thanks for getting back to me We are using NW7.4 and orgchart 4.1 have already created his config. How can I heck in NW if OrgChart application is started in NW Thanks very much in advance Morgs

Go to NW start page:

  http://<NW server>:<port>

Click on SAP NetWeaver Administrator.

Login with Administrator login.

Find Start & Stop (used to be under Operations).

Then click on Java Applications.

Type Nakisa into the Vendor Filter.

Ensure OrgChart is started, if not start it.

Thanks Stephen That work perfectly. It was started .. i just stopped and restarted and it worked. Thanks very very much
