SUM Error while upgrading Portal from 731 to 7.4

Hi,

received below error during upgrade preparation.

        An error has occurred during the execution of the Verify signed content step.    

com.sap.security.digsig.SignedManifest.sapJniManifest(I[Ljava/lang/Object;)[Ljava/lang/Object;

VERIFY-SIGNED-CONTENT_03.LOG

The following problem has occurred during step execution: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: com.sap.security.digsig.SignedManifest.sapJniManifest(I[Ljava/lang/Object;)[Ljava/lang/Object;.

couldn't find any SAP notes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

please check note 2004141 - SAPJVM update error with SUM on verify-signed-content step

The error you have mentioned is not matching with the note I have provided but have a look.

Also please paste the logs from VERIFY-SIGNED-CONTENT_03.LOG.

Thanks Sunil for the reply. I have looked at the same note before and there are no files uncar in EPS/in directory.

you can find the contents of VERIFY-SIGNED-CONTENT_03.LOG in bold letters in main post.
