Relationships in business agreement

Hi experts,

We're working in a CRM interaction center that's integrated with the IS-U system. When we create a relationship on the business agreement (f.ex. dunning recipient), there's also a relationship created on the business partner. We don't want this functionality so is there any way to swith this off?

Can you give some screens with detailed data? In which view to create a relationship for the business agreement, which business partner is assigned for the relationship? Where do you found the relationship created for the business partner and relationship? Better the whole process is in the standard business role or views.

Hi Corrine,

The screenshots below are from the standard UTIL_IC_REG business role; all our enhancements are switched off.

When adding f.ex. a dunning recipient (= aanmaningsontvanger in dutch) to the business agreement, the relationship on the business partners is shown in the ID screen of the interaction center.

Is this more clear now?
