Hi EM Gurus

Please can you help me why we get this message in WEB UI. T Code is /SAPTRX/EM_START - Search

"In Customizing for SAP Event Management check the hierarchy profile, that is used in the user profile."


I checked EH Types and Sets for PTA10_DELIV, All we have the configuration, It works fine for the Local deliveries but not for inter company deliveries.

Hi NTG,

go to transaction /SAPTRX/UCUP

and then here to your user profile:

With the highlighted Button you can navigate to the hierachy profile.

Check if in your EHs the target and source fields available and filled.

Hi NTG,

did you also check that in the EHs for inter company deliveries.these fields are filled correctlly?

You can use transaction /n/SAPTRX/EH_LIST to check them.


If the fields are not correctly filled no hierarchy can be displayed.

Checked  in OER with that transaction, But did not get any output.

You should find it there if you have the authorization. Maybe try other search criteria. When ID Mapping is switched on ID search will not work here.

Or you look in the Webdynpro UI. You should find the values also there.

Hi Steffen,

I tried with multiple selection option on screen, Still could not able to find any output for any application object (Ours is PTA).

In WEB UI it says that "No suitable entries found" for  the delivery

Hi NTG,

then the problem is that the EHs for the deliveries were not created.

You should check this.

Hi Steffen,

Agree with you the problem with EHs. whereas XML message is success in SXMB_MONI.

Not sure why its not updating EH table, Now I need to debug with new delivery,

Will update you if I get any further updates.

Its found that deliverydispatchnotification was not triggered, we re processed the xml message.
