Intercompany: Error expot invoices

Dear All,

I have an error message when exporting invoices via Intercompany 7.5 SP23:

Error: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

We still have an enough of memory in the intercompany server.

Please find in attachment the screenshot of the error and an extract of the technical log.

Can you help please?

Hi Mariem,

Hope you are doing well.

To better understand the issue , could you confirm :

- The version of IC ??

-The level of the support package ??

Are you using SQL Or Oracle ?

Did the same issue occur when using a Filter of period and company ?

The intercompany version is 7.5 Sp17 and we use SQL server.

The problem persist when using filters.

Thanks you for your reply.i didn't apply the proposal solution yet,we can not stop the server. I will keep you informed once I do the tests.

Hello,

We have modified the crystal reports setting and the problem persists.

Could you please confirm if it is possible to change the setting ' Maximum simultaneous reports jobs' ? to decrease this value?

Can you try to modify the following settings and try to export invoices:

1. Go to Start > Programs > BusinessObjects XI 3.1 > Crystal Server Embedded 2008 > Central Configuration Manager.

2.Stop the service "Report Application Server 12", then open it's properties

3.Select the "Parameters" tab:

-Select the Database option type, and set the Max Number of Records to Unlimited.

     -Select the Server option type, and change the Minutes Before an Idle Connection is Closed setting to 300.

4. Click Apply then OK.

5.Start the service "Report Application Server 12

6.Restart your Intercompany server.
