Hello Athir,
Once you have created the job in FIM, you can ‘save’ it as a scheduling job (it actually just creates a .vbs file)
All these .vbs files can then be called through a .bat file.
Note: The schedule service is described, in section "11.3 Choosing to Launch a Job Via an External Scheduler"

What about jobs sequentially and condition will that have to be done through a .bat file or creating a custom script with in DS Designer?
