Hi All,

We have updated our CPS 8.0 from M33.116 to M33.120. We have platform agents installed on two windows servers, Server A and Server B. After the auto update of the agent on these servers, some files are missing in the bin folder on Server B. Chown.sh, platform-agent, rca files are missing on Server B. Please advise if this causes any issue. Platform agents are running under local system account on both servers.

Below are the screenshots of bin folders of Server A and Server B.

Server A

Server B where files are missing

Tinku

Hello,

Normally these should not be part of the Windows Platform agent installation anyway, so it is not that you would be missing out on something.

Hello Gerben,

Thank you for the reply.

Auto update of agent happened on both Servers, Server A and Server B. I am still wondering why the three files.. Chown.sh, platform-agent, rca files are only created on Server A but not on Server B. What is that configuration which created these three files only on Server A once the auto update of agent happened on both servers?.
