Dear Fawad: I'm complementing Rob's answer. SAP has the following cookbook/PDF posted:

http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/10b62897-e045-3010-3fab-c14bc61dc...

From pages 8 to 11 you'll find further detail of some of the tables listed by Rob. The cookbook also explains the object model which is crucial to understand how the tables are used.

Cheers,

Michael

dear Fawad;

The most used tables in SAP SLcM can be identified via tables starting with:

  • HRP17xx/1xxx (e.g. HRP1730 - program data from program of study object (SC))
  • HRPADxxx (e.g. HRPAD530 - for admission data, HRPAD513 for registration data)
  • HR/SLcM object (e.g CS object for admission/registration data, ST object for student data, CG for module group data). 'Within' the objects you can find so called infotypes with individual data on the object. The infotypes relate back again to the HRP17** tables.
  • Other tables related to SLcM: T7PIQ*, PIQ*
  • Financial student/fee calculation data in BP tables FICA/PSCD tables (e.g. DK*, TF* etc).
  • Function Modules SLcM: HRIQ*
  • Badi's: HRPIQ**

Hope this helps for now.

Kind regards - Rob
