How to solve order business close issue?

Hi FI/CO Guru,

We are not able to CLSD some of our maintenance orders which have been TECO, settled and resided in system for 120 days.

I got this when I run the closing in IW32

Please kindly advise the detailed step on the troubleshooting and solution.

Even i faced the similar error. Once i executed the t-code suggested in the diagnosis section.. issue was resolved... Even i didnt find the exact reason..

Hi All

For our issue, it is because the PM-HR integration is not checked off.

If the NO HR update is ticked, the issue should be gone except the existing orders.

For production orders we process failed goods movement in cogi and failed activity confirmation in cofc

Am not sure if the same works for PM orders or a different T Code . Check with your PM guy and process those failed transaction
