Hello all,

A new employee has recently ben accidentally created twice in CRM.  The first employee number was assigned the username on the identification tab and assigned in transaction PPOMA_CRM before the error was detected.  It is clear that the second employee number should be the one they use going forward but when we update employee number 2 with the username and in the org structure, the CRM mobile sales app is not reconciling the employee's accounts assigned to them.  I can confirm that all accounts now have the employee responsible of the second employee number and that employee number has the username of the person and is correctly assigned in the org structure.  I have two questions:

1. How does the MSA know which accounts and transactions to download from CRM to the device?

2. What is the correct procedure to reassign the employee to the new employee number?

Still looking for some information on this.  The user is unable to replicate any data under their new number despite the username update.  How is a device tied to a user for the mobile sales application?
