How to give discount to first 5 customers

Hello Friends,

I have been asked to map a requirement where first 5 customers will get 20% discount for their purchase on some material and 100 boxes.

Also, if the first Customer itself orders  the entire quantity i.e. 100 boxes the rest 4 customers will be charged normally.

Kindly guide as how to map this requirement in pricing procedure and how to create condition type for this requirement.

Hello,

a similar scenario can be implemented from trade promotion management. The discount can be provided to the first customer (basically it is applied for the first sales orders generated) using off-invoice cap. Please refer to the following note:

1461740 - OI Cap for maximum number of orders

Technically a similar scenario should be possible when creating conditions manually, so without TPM.
