Copy from standard property tree

Hi Experts,

I was copied some VAT from standard property tree to my customized property tree upto which level that standard VAT will copy like VAT-> Class-.> Characteristics it is showing but i want can't able to see the characteristics can i create that characteristics again or can i do table based VAT for each thing, anyone please explain easy process to get the same characteristics to bring into picture.
