Account Details are not showing in IC screen while Agent is receiving call

Hello Gurus,

We have a major issue in our Interaction Center. Whenever customer calls the IC, IC agent can only see the customer name and phone number, but he is not able to see the Customer Number and other details in Account Identification screen.
