Slowness of Appraisal Template on ESS Portal

Hi,

We have a performance issue for Appraisal Template on ESS Portal. It takes minimum of 20-30 seconds to use the drop down button and to select a value. Similarly, scrolling also very slow.

We have checked with Basis team regarding System performance and they say it is ok.

Can any one please provide inputs on what else to check to sort out the root cause of this performance problem.
