Hi all,

Refers to BPC 10.

We made some changes to the properties of a model this morning after adding some additional dimensions (existing dimensions were added which were not previously available in the model). The model was processed successfully but now we get an error message when we try and logon to the model

We are able to access other models without problems, its just the one model that gives the error. I have tried to rebuild the connection string but still same problem. Have also tried to restart the governor service but didnt help. Short of rebooting the application server does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Alan

Hi Alan,

check "Details" to see if there are more infos.

Verify if there are messages in tbllogs.

Try processing the cube from SSMS and see if you receive some errors.

Have you a recent backup of this environment?
