BI Platform Support Tool Issue: CPU Usage Percentage

Hi colleagues,

I am using BIP Support Tool 2.0.

I don't understand the meaning of CPU Usage Percentage metric.

Could you explain further? Thank you!

Hi Alfred,

Thanks for reporting the problem.  This looks like a formatting issue.  This metric should give an average CPU utilization % from the past 15 minutes for this APS.

I've created  a bug report and we will investigate:

BITBITOOL-795 -  CPU Usage Percentage (last 15 Minutes) appears to not be formatted correctly

One thing you could do is run the report again, then go to the CMC --> Servers --> Right click on the APS and click Metrics.  Then compare this metric with what you have in the report.
