How to restrict the hours of vacation pay while calculating workmen comp Tax

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue after including the Override functionality for Workmen compensation for Washinton employees.

After BSI override of rates, I have created over ride group code.

Now system is considering regular hours along with vacation hours also.

How to restrict that Number of hours to consider only regular hours for Workmen compensation tax calculation.

Please advice.

Regards,

Sairam.

Hi Experts,

In the payroll log of BSI interface is showing 112 hours by default.

System has to consider only regular hours.

In 0234 infotype there is a tab called  Supplemental method. There are 11 types of mehods like 00- regular method, 01- flat rate method...etc.

But as per BSI, they used Calculation method 12 - Tax rate for Hours worked.

But I did not find  how to get this Supplemtal method 12.

Please advice me on restricting only the number of  regular hours  to be considered for calculation of Workers compensation tax, Supplemental pension tax and Medical aid fund tax.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sairam.

Hi Experts,

In the payroll log, The BSI interface is showing as Hours worked as 92 and Payperiod hours as 112.

In the payroll log of tax data, worked hours are showing as 92.00 for the respective Tax code and tax type.

Hours worked is considering leave hours and overtime hours. How to get only hours worked.

Please advice.

Regards,

Sairam.
