Create a mandatory question before saving a document

Hello everyone,

I am wondering if it is possible to create a mandatory question just before saving a document in the webUI. It would be a justification question like "Please justify why you are cancelling your quotation" for example. And it would be mandatory to save your document.

Is it possible with SAP CRM ? Would you please explain me the key steps to realize it if possible ?

it is possible.

if you are doing in web ui, you can simply code it in onsave event handler.

you can check the status of given document and accordingly raise the pop up with the above text you mentioned.
