Portal side configuration While changing Molga 99 to Molga 24?

Hi all,

One of our client implemented  ESS and MSS solution from portal end as part of EHP7 upgrade. The current version of portal is EP 7.41.

and they are using Country code (Molga) 99. Now client is planing to change country code 99 to code 24.

as of portal consultant I am new for this configuration so my question is there is any configuration or changes need to be done Portal side?

Hi,

From portal perspective , in case you are using LPD_CUST and in additional parameters you have set value of molga,  then you need to modify it there. Apart from that since portal is a place holder for applications that user molga, the changes would be required at application level. In case of iviews, if application parameters are set additionally for Molga then that needs to be changed.

Hi,

In iview properties and in LPD_CUST, you will get those parameters. Attached is screenshot for your reference.

All the existing values which has molga (country grouping ) as 99 will be replaced with value as 24. Rest of the changes will be at application level.(within WDA, WDJ, BSP) to be done by developers.
