non deliveries and returns distinction

I have an issue that undelivered goods and return from market are coming into 904 SType in my warehouse and flagged as R. This is causing an issue as non deliveries are really not Quality quarantined.

How can I go around this one. Is there a way to have non deliveries going into another Storage type?

Hi Paul,

You have to define two different storage location your warehouse plant. one for regular delivering material and second for rejected material - non delivering material.

HI Rajkumar,

We are using warehouse and so creating a storage location will not work for us. We need to be able to instruct the system to transfer returned goods in depending on the cause to 904 or something else.

Does this scenario exist?
