Customer Hierarchy Download from ECC to CRM

Hello Experts,

We want to download customer hierarchy from ECC to CRM.  We have done all the settings as per the below link, but still it is not working.

When, we execute the below step, we are getting message - No hierarchy data exists for your entries Message no. CRM_BUPA_HIERARCHY019

--> Build the CRM account hierarchy tree with tcode BPH_DNL

Please help asap.

Hello Dnyanesh,

1. This error CRM_BUPA_HIERARCHY019 is normally thrown when there's no customer hierarchy existing in ECC. Because business partner hierarchy cannot be activated without customer hierarchy data available in ECC. So could you please ensure the customer hierarchy exist in ECC and

then retest the downloading?

2. Please check if the entry KNVH is existing in table CRMATAB.

Hello Dnyanesh,

Could you please run the initial load for object BUPA_KNVH?

Also, please check if the sales areas are existing correctly in the table CRM_KNVH_TEMP after you running the initial load DNL_BUPA_KNVH. Please check whether the filters incorporate the sales areas.

Hi Vilas,

(1)After initial download of object DNL_BUPA_KNVH, can you see data in table CRM_KNVH_TEMP?

(2)Please also check KBA 2038598 - Account hierarchies cannot be download from ECC to CRM successfully

Hi

Due to some inconsistencies in the system the KNVH entry was deleted from table in CRMATAB. After entering the KNVH entry in CRMATAB table in ECC and after following the steps as mentioned in the above link, the customer hierarchy replication was successful.
