SAP BCM online monitoring contact view start and endtime

Hello

In SAP BCM online monitoring we have contactview.

Now it is only posible to se the report for one day.

You can change this by putting a check at at ingnore date limitation but I connot ad the check.

How can I get the autorisation to put a check?

Thanks for the information. Do you know if there is a posibility to give your own range of your search in the contact view? Now it always takes one day.

Hello Salim,

yes, you can extend the search range. It is 2 step procedure:

1. Extend the default 24hr period in System Configurator:

2. Then change the setting in Online Monitoring UI:

Hi Salim,

I do not think the tick is authorization driven.

I don't really understand the language on your imbedded image but I believe you have currently selected the Status "ALL".

I tried doing the same from my side and below are my findings:

1. When you select the status "ALL", the tick "Ignore Arrival Time Restriction" becomes disabled.

2. The only status that enabled that tick is the "In Process" status.

Try that and see if it helps?
