How to change date format, numbers format in SAP

Dear experts,

I want to change the date format to US and numbers to show with , after 1000's. I want to do it for all users. can you please let me know where this properties can be set.

Hi Jun,

use Transaction SU3 to change the setting for your account:

And use Transaction SU10 to change it for all users. Select all users hit the change button and the following screen appears:

Set the Change checkbox and hit the save button.
