Hi,
In CMC --> Application --> BI Launch Pad --> User Security-->everyone -->Advanced --> edit my preferences right is given.
Change preferences , Change preferences for objects that the user owns rights are given implicitly.
Yet, When trying to change the preferences in BI launch Pad (locales ans timezone) getting error as 'access denied'
Anyone has idea where the problem will be?
