I see that an update; SP 16 for Reports, version for Visual Studio came out on 1 Feb.
Did this remove the VC++ 2005 dependency, and if it did what is the new dependency for SP 16.

Hi Ray,
No not yet. DEV is continuing to work on the upgrade. Extended support for the C++ runtime goes to March or May so we do have until then.
No time line on when we'll be updated, this is a huge update for all of our products so it is going to take time.
