PDF issue from SAP system to Outlook

Hi Experts,

We are using portal 7.0 version.

If we are creating a request in one of the application from portal then we are able to view the PDF file along with data and through SOST tcode from SAP system also.at that time also we are receiving one mail along with pdf file in Out look with requested data. but we are not able to open the pdf file due to below attached screen shot.

Please let me know what is the issue.

Hello Prasad,

if I understand correctly and transaction SOST shows a correct PDF attachment, but an unreadable PDF attachment arrives to Outlook, you can check a SOST tracing.

SAP KBA #1947273 - "How to save the MIME header for problem analysis?" shows how can you save the MIME data which is sent from SOST.

After you have created the MIME trace, you can it and compare with the "result" in Outlook to see whether the same data has been sent and received.
