Error while exporting dashboard into enterprise

Hi,

I am facing below error while exporting the dashboard into enterprise. I am able to import the dashboard. Below are the complete details...

Sap dashboard version : 4.1 SP05 patch 6

Flash player version : 11

BI :  4.1 SP05 patch 6

Please help me. Its very urgent.

If the dashboard is very complex with huge data set,mappings,formulae and connections thers comes a point where we are no more able to save the dashbord to the platform as flash cannot be generated due to its complexity.Try to delete some part of dashboard and if you are able to save it to platform that means this issue is because of its complexity.For this the only option is to break the dashboard into multiple dashboards or optimize it.This issue is because of limitation of the flash.

Symptom

• When Saving the Dashboards to SAP portal through Dashboards Design 4.1, your receive the following error message:

"Could not generate the Flash File (SWF); the cause is unknown. Try again. If the problem persist, contact your customer support representative"

• The same error message appears when you export your Dashboard file to Flash (SWF)
• In the trace files of Dashboard designer you see the following:

"Exception during generation: Unknown error 0x800A03EC"

• SAP Dashboards 4.1 SP05

Reproducing the Issue

1. Create a Dashboards with QAAWS connection and large number of formulas in excel sheet.
2. Go to File -> Save to Platform -> Desktop only
3. The window "Generating SWF" appears
4. The error message appears

Cause

• Issue caused by incorrect formulas in your excel sheet

Resolution

1. Check and correct your formulas in the Dashboards. Use Formulas->Error Checking->Circular references menu to display any circular references in your excel file.

Symptom

• When trying to export to Flash/Html a complex Dashboard in Dashboard designer you receive the following error message:

"Could not generate the Flash file (SWF); the cause is not known. Try again. If the problem persists, contact your customer support representative."

Environment

• SAP Dashboards 4.1
• MS Office 2010/2013

Reproducing the Issue

2. Put large number of formulas into the excel, and bind them to several objects
3. Go to File->Preferences->Excel options. Enable "Optimize spreadsheet"
   
   
4. go to File->Export->Flash / Html
5. Wait few minutes and the error message appears

Cause

• Spreadsheet optimization cannot be performed since you have large number of formulas in your embedded excel sheet in your dashboard file.

Resolution    Disable the "optimize spreadsheet" option.

1. Open your file in Dashboard Designer
2. Disable "Optimite spreadsheet" in File->Preferences->Excel options
3. Save your file and restart Dashboard Designer
4. You will be able the generate the flash file

This could happen based on many reason. what is the size of your dashboard, have you used any formula's. Try to eliminate those one by one and and check it.
