Hello guys,
Has anyone faced the following problem:
When generate one interaction Record from ECC to CRM, the system does not find the responsible employee RFCUSER, but when I change the user type RFCUSER for Dialogue, the system finds the employee responsible.
This process occurs in the URA that is connected only in the ECC therefore you must pass the ECC for the CRM to perform the creation of the record interaction.
Can someone help me? I would have to force through development to pass the employee responsible?
why using the dialog type user works and the type system does not?

Hi Dayan,
The user type does not matter for the relationship between user and central person.
Please try to check this relationship running the function module "CRM_CENTRALPERSON_GET" into transaction SE37 using your user into parameter "IV_USERNAME".
This function is used by several partners access sequence (including 0004 - Users), in order to find the corresponding CP assigned to an user.
If this tests runs OK, I would suggest you to check the RFC behavior.
