Dear Rusheek,

  1. Go to transaction SNRO or SNUM
  2. In the object field, enter CRM_MKT_* to retrieve the list of number range objects (e.g. CRM_MKT_CP in your case).
  3. For each object, choose the Number Ranges button.
  4. Choose the Change Intervals button.
  5. Insert one number range interval per marketing object with the following input:
    • No: 01 (this is the only interval used by the system)
    • From Number: 00000000 (8 digits)
    • To Number: 99999999 (8 digits)
    • Current Number: 0, or a digit of your choice
    • Ext: Not selected
  6. Save your changes.

Note: If you need to delete a number range interval, set the Current Number to zero.

Otherwise, the system does not let you delete the interval.

Hello Rusheek,

To answer your question about "Formatting Mask for Marketing Projects" please follow as below:

  1. Go to SPRO => CRM => Marketing => Mkt Planning & Campaign Mgmt => Define Formatting Mask for Marketing Projects
  2. Select Campaign or Plans (add new entries if unavailable) and then DOUBLE click on Maintain Sections
  3. Now you can create a new entry or edit accordingly as below screenshots:

I hope this helps your query to understand the masking format.
