Hi PM Guru,
I have a question on why there is no order generated even though it is overdue. .
From below screenshot captured today, you can see the plan has been started.
Here is the scheduling parameter.
Additionally, IP30 is also implemeted to cover the scheduling.
The Work order has not been generated as schedule,if I execute IP10,it works.
Please help me diagonose.
Thank you,
Sally
Dear,
Could you kindly show the selection parameters of IP30? Is it in background or manually you process.

Hi Saurabh and Pardhu,
1. The other plans which have been scheduled via IP10 have NO such issues as they have the orders generated based on the scheduling paramters.
2. IP30 view
From my initial screen, you can see the scheduled call have been overdue without a generated order.
Pls kindly help.
Sally

I guess, This is not a data issues, because we also facing same issues. only for few plans. others are working correctly.
Some of the maintenance plans are not generating the call objects on their call date.
Some of the Maintenance plans are generating the call objects after the call date.

Hi Sally,
This says, the call horizon has not been reached.
That's the reason, the scheduling status indicator was set. This status is set when the status of the call is on hold, call date is not reached.
Try to create similar maintenance plan and check how it behaves. This should be some data issues or end user issue.

Terence
Hi Sally,
What are the initial screen setting done in IP30 ?
Is the Immediate start for all is set ? If you set this, it should generate the call.
Also is IP30 running daily or it was run only once ? Can you go to IP02, select the call date line item and click call algorithm, to understand the logic for this date.
Regards
Terence
