unable to fetch data in bilaunchpad

dear all,

we have issue with certain webi reports with bulk data .

we are unable to fetch all the records in the Bi launchpad (after multiple refreshes and schedules it is fetching data in bi launchpad), these are all scheduled reports and when we try to refresh the reports in webi client tool it is fetching all the records.


please help is us  in which way to go forward for trouble shooting the issue.



need your valuable suggestions,please guide us in this.

check what is the query option set on the Universe level.

Set uncheck these option:-

Limit size of result set to

Limit execution time set

to make it unlimited.

IF its UNX Universe then refer the screenshot.

you will find similar option for UNV universe in UDT.

Hi raunak,

it was unchecked only.  here in Bilaunchpad we are facing the issue but not in webi richclient.(fetching all records)

need your guidance on this.

Try restarting Webi Processing server and increase these value for Webi Processing server:-

Memory Lower Threshold (MB):  

Memory Upper Threshold (MB):  

Memory Maximum Threshold (MB):

Hi,

you can also de- select the "Enable Memory Analysis" on the WIPS if this fits your purpose even more.
