ERP 6.0 upgrade

Hello Gurus ,

We are going to upgrade ERP 6.0 EHP3 to EHP 7.

We have facing upgrade issue in extraction phase

ERROR:

PREP_PRE_CHECK/SCANDIR_EPS0! LAST ERROR CODE SET: GOT 4ERRORS DURING EXTRACTION/LISTING OF ARCHIVES

,see phase log for details.

We workaround on SCN blogs but we are getting same error .Please help us to solve the issue .

Hi Yuga,

Did you check the extraction log file, there might be some corrupted files in your UPG directory for which this error is occurring.

Attach the log files with your message so that those can be checked and further help can be provided.
