COPA Re-alignment

Hello,

We have defined 2 new characteristics for copa. After definition, data in these field is populated for documents posted after creating the characteristics. For documents prior to creation, how do we get the value populated?

Is copa realignment the only option available

Hi Malathi

1. Option 1 is realignment

2. Option 2 is Ke4s to reverse and repost the Copa doc. Use the option "redtermine prof segment" in ke4s

Also choose the option "reversal of line items" in ke4s

Option 3- Delete Copa doc from ke4s00 and then do ke4s

But I prefer Option 1
