MIME type error while uploading compliance documents

Hello,

      I'm receiving MIME type error while uploading compliance documents. This error is user specific and not for everyone. Earlier this user was able to upload pdf files. But, now the user is getting below error when trying to upload pdf files. Could anyone clarify this topic. Thanks!!

Since this is user specific, try 2 things.

1 - Clear the browser history and cache and then try again.

2 - Click on System > User Profile > Own Data > Parameters and see if some parameters there are causing this issue.

If it is user specific... have you checked authorization issues in SU53?
