copy document type in the same version

Hi,

I need to copy document type in the same version but copy from document" 41" item "x" to document type "E3" item "y"
some one know how can I do this?
I try in option "copy" and in option "load from data stream" and it's not succeed 

Please try to define and us e a reclassification for this with the trigger being doc type 41 and item X for the target doc type E3 and item Y.

Keep in mind that the reclassification document must balance, so you may need to define a source different than doc type 41 and item X.

create new document type E3 --> create flat file upload journal for E3 --> upload data for E3 item Y and reverse original document 41 and Item X.

I have accomplished the results suggested via reclassification with the source and target both being different statistical items. It gets the results, simply ignore the source statistical item in the analyses and reports.
