Dear Experts,
We are facing unique issue after upgrading our systems from Ehp5 to EHP7 where /3f5 Wage type not getting cumulated.
Employee A joined the Organization on 01.10.2015 where compensation structure is below
Basic 15000
DA Nil
PF EXEMPTION UNDER CHAPTER 6 CALCULATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN
Pf Basis: /111 EPF Basis 15,000.00
PF monthly component: /3F1 Ee PF contribution 1,800.00
Formula /3F5 = /3F5 YTD (year till date it will come from last month CRT) + /3F5 current month + /3F5 current month * projection factor.
Calculation 12600 = /3F5 YTD (NIL in October as no previous record exist) + 1800 + 1800 * 6. As /35 is not generated for the month of October net cumulative effect given is 10800.
Need your help to resolve this issue.
Thanks and Regards,
Bhagyashree
Thanks Bala.
12600 should have come in the month of November but system still considering 10800.
When I checked in cluster /3f5 not present in CRT table itself.
Thanks and Regards,
Bhagyashree

Thanks Tania and Bala.
Thanks for all your help. In my example it should have been September where amount should be projected for 6 months (10800) +current month(1800) which is 12600.
we have found the solution where after EHp7 upgrade sap has changed their INEPF function code where Trust ID has to be present in view T7INF1 and T7INF7.
Thanks and Regards,
Bhagyashree
Thanks I checked and even compared with EHp5 system and all configuration with respect to Processing and cumulation class is ok.
I have noticed that while processing payroll under rule X006 (Transfer relevant data to LRT) at ORT /3f5 WT is missing where as all other WT /3f6,/3f1,/3f2 are getting processed.
**ADDCU P30 /3f5 is missing
Thanks and Regards,
Bhagyashree

Hi,
Employee joined in Oct month, will have 6 months in this financial year.
PF monthly = 1800
For six months = 1800 x 6= 10,800. It is correct.
(Please check the Chapter VI for all the months for the correctness).
regards,
Bala.
