Storage unit blocking based on batch's SLED

Hello All,

In our plant we have both HU managed and non-HU managed storage locations (both warehouse managed) with the batch management active.

I observed that with the expiration of shelf life of a batch, the scheduled job (Program: RQAAAS10, TCODE: QA07) is

moving the stock from unrestricted to blocked. However, this is just happening in the storage locations where the non-HU management

is active but not in the HU managed storage locations.

Though the expired batches from HU managed locations are visible in LX27 report, system is not considering them during the process.

Is there any way to block the HU's/ SU's based on the batch life expiration strategy? Please help

Regards.,

Krishna.

Hello,

The deadline monitoring on HU storage locations is not supported in standard SAP.

Please review OSS note  608830 - BIC: BAdI implementation for the recurring inspection

Hi Brahmankar,

Thank you for the information.

We will opt for a custom program as blocking of SU's is the requirement for expired SLED batches in our scenario.

Thank you again

Hello,

Deadline monitoring  QA07 -

Don’t support consignment stocks.

Don’t support HU-managed storage locations

Don’t support project stocks

Please read documentation for the report RQAAAS10  through transaction SE38.

You may develop your own custom report by using FM  QBIC_RECURRING_INSPECTION.

Best Regards,
