Use pe51 to look at the configuration of the "Boxes" used to create your Payslip, and also at the type of paper used to print it. First make sure that the total dimensions match the paper size. Then look if there are unwanted gaps between the different Windows, and which ones could be reduced in height.
Some of our employees sometimes get 2 slips when there is too much information in the "central" window, but the "Header" and the "Address" footer are always there.
