IC Inbox in slaes roles

Hello all, does anyone know, if it it possible to use the IC_Inbox for regulary sales business roles? Or is there another possiblity to show emails of an inbox in a sales business role? Best regards Christina

Dear Spencer, thanks for the tipp. I want to see emails from a general inbox like @info not form the current logged in user. Maybe the only way is to create an ERMS rule to generate automatically an activity which can be found by the activity search. Does anyone have an other idea? Thanks in advance Christina

Hi,

You may use ic_inbox in salespro but it is not recommended.

You may have a try but the display of email may not use IC layout as there might be some hard_coded logic that does not finally choose IC layout.

Actually it is possible to display emails in standard SALESPRO.

You may find Email Inbox from navigation bar. And you may search activity for the email too.
