Connecting SAP HCI with Facebook

Hi all,

I have started working on the new SAP HCI which supports adapters for connecting with Facebook and Twitter. I was able to successfully integrate SAP HCI with Twitter(tweeting, sending DMs) and now started working on integrating with Facebook. I created a test app, and got all the keys and tokens necessary and deployed in my Iflow. When I triggered from a SOAP-Ui, am getting an empty response.

Please help in configuring the iFlow to get a response. I tried with both Get User and Get Posts endpoint, still no luck.

But why you require to integrate with Facebook,I mean business requirment for the same.

Well, not every development needs a 'business' purpose, and this is merely for learning purpose. To make sure I am able to configure the adapters in HCI.

But In HCI I guess there is not standard adapter for FB connectivity .

Hello,

Now a days customer can create complaint in FB Page of a company.

Companies want those complaints to be captured and a corresponding ticket should be created in the backend system so that support team can work on it.
