How to set Access Role to Cost Center Leader

Hi everyone,

in our SAP system, one Cost Center Leader can see all the Cost Centers of  Cost Center Report in R3, even the Cost Centers  which are not assigned to him.

So i would like to ask how can we set the Access Role for each Cost Center Leader, so they can see only the Cost Centers which they should see?

Dear Sir,

Please add object 'KOSTL' in su01 for standard report and z report.refer screen shot.In z report ABAP programming add the object and values for respective user id and cost centre.

After that ,check in su24  -- particular transaction code and object KOSTL,whether values and activities are assigned.

Dear Sir,

If you remove display option for certain user for certain cost centre ,it is /basis activity

• Only thing first you have to assign KOSTL object to the roles of respective user through SU01 tcode.
• check in SU24 object/tcode combination.

Otherwise you can do it through validation in GGB0 as below.
