Deleting rule result from rules in MSMP

Hello everyone,

I want to delete one line item(XXXX) from the rule result which was inserted by mistake. but when i am trying to remove that it is throwing me an error that the rule results is being used in version XXX. How can i remove it without disturbing the existing functionality of the workflow.

Hi Ram,

I've had this issue before.  Use tcode GRFNMW_CONFIGURE to remove items from MSMP when you face this issue.

I also prefer to transport MSMP via this tcode as well.  While in Change mode, go to Table View at top menu, and switch to "Transport".  Choose/Create a transport and then you can manually save each settings table into the transport.  If you try to transport MSMP the standard way, sometimes changes do not push through the landscape correctly.

One more thing if i want to revert the changes, is there any way to roll back the changes to MSMP.

I do not have an answer for this, but maybe someone else here knows?
