Error While Upgrading Solution Mnager

Hi Expert ,

I am Having problem in upgrading Solution manager 7.1  SPS4 to Solution manager 7.1 to SPS 13

Error:

This trouble ticket was created by SAPup on 20160206120805

-------------------------------------------------------------

SAPup broke during phase EHP_INCLUSION in module PREP_EXTENSION / Extension module

Error Message: Enhancement Package inclusion failed, no upgrade package found for component 'BI_CONT'; please make sure that all packages included in the System Stack XML are available in the EPS inbox

If you put new packages in the download directory, use option 'init' to upload them

I am using SUM  and Media is  51049441

Stack.xml is used from the Media file

Please let me know how to solve the problem

Hi Experts,

Thank you all

I Just change the SPS 14 Media file , which i downloaded

from SAP MARKET PLACE, It completed the Upgrade process with Success

Hi Sunil,

If you are using SAP Supplied SPS13 then BI_CONT package file should be there in Media and SUM tool should be able to copy it to EPS/in.

I have checked SPS14 Media and BI_CONT SAR files exists. Please check if your media has all these files or not.

You can download SPS14 media dvd and copy required BI_CONT SAR files.

Hello,

Please check the BI_CONT entries in the XML.

From my point of view, there should be no upgrade packages, only Support Package updates. This error message that SUM throws seems a little bit off.
