Lost access to all Java Applications on my account

Hi hope someone can assist with the following.

I have deployed a few Java applications to the trial HCP

As per some of the comments in this thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/3627864 then I think my account is now corrupt for Java Applications.

Checking the resource allocation on my account never returns any information.

The three dots never change....so unsure of any allocation on my account.

Deploy to a brand new application name from eclipse shows  (it deploys with no issues locally and only fails when deploying to the cloud)

undeploy from a console command succeeded for a previously working application

Requesting undeployment for:

  application: neogeo28

  account    : p1248461150trial

  host      : https://hanatrial.ondemand.com

  SDK version: 2.40.10.2

  user      : rob.

Password for your user:

[Sat Feb 06 13:12:41 GMT 2016] Undeployment finished successfully

Checking the status however failed

Requesting status for:

  application: neogeo28

  account    : p1248461150trial

  host      : https://hanatrial.ondemand.com

  SDK version: 2.40.10.2

  user      : rob.

Password for your user:

ERROR: Problem when listing components in appliance p1248461150trial/neogeo28 : Missing application p1248461150trial/neogeo28

*Log files for this hopefully attached to this question

Deleting from the cockpit shows

Starting a previously known working application on my account from the cockpit fails

Any ideas? is my account corrupt?

Thank you

Robert

Hi Matthias,

Thank you and the team for the help and the problem is now fixed.

I can now access the Java applications.

If there is any more information required from me to determine the cause of the corruption then I am happy to help out with that.

Cheers

Robert
