Absence are deducted with negative quotas

Hi All,

When an employee is applying for leave for a specific absence type the quotas are getting negative deducted. In ESS, employee is applying for a leave and manager is approving the leave. And when we checked PT50 negative hours are showing against the specificity absence and quota type.

No where in the configuration negative deduction hours are mentioned. But when we checked PT50 negative hours are shown.

Can anyone please guide on how to resolve the issue.

Did you check your Deduction Rules in table T556C.

hi Corriveau,

"No further deduction" has been checked and under "Deduction Priority" Quota types has been selected as Priority1.

No where Negative deductions are checked for any absence quotas. System is accepting negative quotas which is not there in configuration.

Can you please guide me here.

Definitely some where Negative configuration would have been given. Please check the table V_T556A, see negative has been given and also in the table V_556A_B
