WebiIntelligenceProcessingServer Stuck on Initializing

I have read and followed the advice of nearly all of the discussions/resolutions I can find for this issue.  I have dealt with the Audit log, rebooted the server, bounced the SIA, cloned the server, etc, but it is still stuck in the initializing state and disabled.  This is for BI 4.1 SP5 FP4.  Any other suggestions?

HI Bo Support,

Please make the Trace Level High and then perform the workflow. It will generate the LOG's which will be in GLF format in Logging directory of the Installation Folder.

Please attach the logs so that we can analyze the logs.

Hi, 

You can also try recreating or creating a new SIA in the affected  BI environment.

Refer this KBA - How to recreate SIA (1730788).

Hi,

-> Enable tracing and analyze logs or create a support incident and provide them logs.

OR

-> If all technical possibilities are covered then verify the license key in CMC.
