como usuario conectado aparecerán también los addons que tengas conectados (payment, efm, desarrollo a medida).
Abre en el SQL Management Studio el monitor y selecciona sólo la base de datos que te interesa. Así podrás ver qué procesos están conectados a la base de datos.

Lo resolví entrando en "SQL SERVER CONFIGURATION MANAGER" en la opción "SQL Server Configuration Manager (Local), busque la opcion "SQL Server Services" y reinicie el servicio "SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER).
La otra es irse a services.msc buscar el servicio de sql y reiniciarlo.
Así pude sacar todas las conexiones.
