SF EC and SAP HCM Integration Error "Person already Hired" for employee's loaded form SAP

Hello Experts.

We are integrating the Success factors EC to the SAP HCM Payroll, the error we are facing is "person already hired",

We have loaded the data of employees that are present in SAP HCM to the SF EC, and then set FTSD  after 2 days of initial Load of employees. Now when i do some change the employee and trigger the integration Iflow we are getting the error.

"Person already hired". for the employees loaded We have the Employee number in SF same as PERNR form SAP HCM.

Note : The New Employee Created in SF(New hire wizard) and are replicated to SAP ERP HCM successfully and all the changes after also are replicated in SAP HCM successful with out issues.

The issue is with the employee already present in SAP And loaded to SF.

Hi Avhinav,

Why is your FTSD not the same as the date you loaded the employees into EC? Since it is later then you can sometimes have issues with time constraints and this may be related to your issue.
